Got there for a pickup order, waited 10 mins past the time our order was supposed to be ready. Then they said they gave my food to someone else and would need to wait 10-12 minutes more for them to remake the order. While we were waiting, another customer came to return an incorrect order. They were going to give him his correct order that was sitting there for 20+ minutes, but that order was wrong too… so they had to remake that one, too. They said they called him and left a message but he didn’t call back. They told me they were sorry.

Clean interior. It’s a busy location so be prepared to wait. The pizza is really good though so it’s worth it. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size indoor dining area. There are TVs to watch sports while you eat. Good amount of parking available. I do recommend this location.

The food is consistent with other Mountain Mike places. But when we arrived looking for a table, the place looked awful, 4 tables dirty with leftovers, they don’t clean the tables unless you are going to use them, so you have to eat surrounded by leftovers so it wasn’t very pleasant.

Waste of $48. I usually love mountain Mike’s but this experience gave me serious doubts about ever ordering from them again. Online order, never gave me an ETA, when I called about it they said it was ready and by the time I took the 5 minute drive down there it was very cold. There’s almost no sauce (Pineapple Chicken Luau), chicken is dry, the cheese has coagulated into a weird mess, and it just didn’t taste good at all. If I order from here again I’ll just stick to the pepperoni in hopes it’ll be as good as I remember

It must have been a bad Friday going into Saturday. When placed and received my order for a pepperoni, olive, pineapple, I waited until my wife came home before opening the box. As the picture shows, there is one key ingredient missing – pepperoni.

I would actually give this a 0 star if I could! Rude and slow staff and service. The girls are more rude than the guys. Always have such a bad attitude right when you walk in. I used love this pizza place, it was my favorite out of all the chains! But now it’s horrible. I would rather drive to Tracy to eat at that one. The pizza has gotten very very greesy and soggy. Take out or delivery is a horrible option unless you don’t mind cold soggy pizza. The location is horrible with almost no parking ever. The restaurant itself is extremely dirty! It’s needs an extreme deep clean!

Placed a order of a large pepperoni and some wings. They said it would be about a 30 minute wait and it ended up being a total time of a hour and forty five minutes. Then I got my food and the wings were cold. Unbelievable.
