When we ordered all you can eat, the food doesn’t look pleasant, and we tasted them the pizza is old, hard to chew. Better to order that they gonna make it fresh for you from the kitchen, we had experience their pizza was great for take away.

I was doing some shopping after work yesterday when my wife called and said she would like me to stop by Mountain Mike’s Pizza to order a vegetarian pizza. I was nearby, so that sounded great to me. Their vegetarian pizza is delicious, and our favorite selection there. The young women taking my order was very friendly and her customer service skills were very good. She told me it would take about 15 minutes. At Mountain Mike’s, you can dine in, take out or have your pizza delivered. Before long, my pizza was ready and I was on my way. My wife and I really enjoyed it. I ordered the large size so I would have some extra for work.

Overall a great experience in here. To start off, the pizza was delicious and didn’t take too long to be ready. Something I absolutely loved about the place was the environment and the service. We were treated nicely by the employee to ensure we had a satisfying time. Would definitely go again and I recommend this place if you want to have a relaxing time eating pizza.

First off, I want to say I quit eating here 2 years ago due to the night crew intentionally wrecking my pizzas and breadsticks and the manager accusing me of sabotaging my own pizza when I brought it to their attention. HOWEVER, during a smoke run to the liquor store next door I was compelled, by the incredible smells, to give them another chance. Wow, they didn’t disappoint! My sandwich was perfection, bread was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside and the fillings were just the right amount of everything, spicy but not overbearing were you can’t taste the flavors. Kudoz! Not to mention the customer service was outstanding. Definitely will be returning and recommending to friends.

Sooo i passed by there to order an extra large pizza and they told me 20 minutes, totally fine with that, however 20 minutes passed and nothing. I asked the cashier and they said 5 minutes, that it was still in the oven. 10 minutes passed and i asked again and they said 5 more minutes. I was becoming a little more impatient but i said fine, it’s just fine. So i waited 5 more minutes and i asked another employee and then he went back and asked and came back and said 5 minutes its not ready…… i just asked for my money back and walked out. Never going there again. Its a shame cause i only live 5 minutes away.

Today I met my dear friend for lunch I’m 64 he’s 74 we arrived at noon both had the lunch buffet special. The pizza tasted like it was old and stiff. I mentioned it to the staff. I finally made it home to Guerneville and my friend made it to Sonoma. I got sick and so did my dear friend. I call the store manager to let him know the situation, and how we both got sick. He apologized profusely. I will never go there again.

Pizza from Mt. Mike’s is pricey but worth it as far as I am concerned. The pizza is good and I would go there more often but can’t afford to as often as I would like. Too bad our pizza joints don’t sell pizza by the slice, at least for the lunch hours
