Guy was so quick to tell me he has to charge me before even thinking that I ordered two appetizers. Whenever I try a new place for pizza, I always order a cheese pizza. The easiest pizza ti make should not be that hard to screw up. It was okay but there should be a bit MORE sauce. Next day I could barely choke it down. It was soooo dry like it had no sauce. Your pizza would be over the top if you put a bit MORE sauce.

I was charged $4 extra per pizza for extra sauce. The pizzas didn’t have extra sauce. Thick doughy crust One bite app would give it a 5.8 out of 10.

We ordered “loaded” mountain fries. We mobile ordered 10m ahead and still had to wait 10m for our order (even though there were lots and lots of staff). Additionally, they gave us plain fries but charged us the extra $3 for loaded. We didn’t discover the error until we got home. When we called to let them know, we got put on hold, disconnected, and passed around. We eventually got the manager who said to call back while she checked. Long story short, she did offer to price adjust but that’s all “because ‘sorry’ we are really really busy right now”. Really?

My sister and mother visited this store on December 6. They both had the in store salad & pizza buffet. When I checked the bank account about a week later, the receipt and the posting at the bank did not match. Seems like someone added a 25% tip. This business completely lost our family and friends business forever. Very shortsighted for a few dollars. If anyone else had this happen speak up.
