My wife and went in a bought a salad and small 3 topping pizza with a drink. This rating would be 5 stars but it all crashed down when ii took my non eaten pieces of pizza up to counter and asked for a box. We waited as the employee took my pan into the back. We waited for a minute or so and when the employee came back from the back she asked if we wanted to order something else. I said no I’m waiting for my pieces of pizza. She said she had just thrown them away. We got a “oh sorry”!

In all fairness, we walked into the restaurant at 8:45. They close at 9:30. The sausage pizza was hot and tasty. The cliffhanger sandwich was to be prepared with one of three meats and melted cheese along with crisp lettuce and tomatoes. The sandwich arrived with wilted lettuce and dice tomatoes in a pizza box with no cheese. It felt as if they wanted us to go somewhere else to eat. We left the restaurant by 9:15. I don’t believe that I will give the joint another try. After reading the other reviews, poor service seems to be rampant and unable to be contained by management.

I bleed Round Table, so this stays between us, but this was a good pizza place. Lots of tables inside, and the pizza is good quality. You could get pizza from here and it will be good. But go to Round Table.

Well, you did get the chance to serve me again. Unfortunately, due to the terrible online ordering system you have we were charged for 2 orders of boneless wings instead of 1. I was told it would be cheaper to order 1 lb of wings instead of 2 of the 1/2 lb orders. I said we only ordered 1/2 lb. Can we at least just pay the 1 lb price? I was told no because it was ordered online. Strange that it was brought up at all, seems like it was only mentioned to be rude. It also seems weird that nothing can be done to correct an order just because it was placed online. Pretty convenient business tactic. I won’t be back to this or any other Mountain Mike’s again in the future. Only reason I even eat the less than average pizza here is because of how close it is to my house and sometimes I want to make things easy on myself, but I’ll go elsewhere in the future from now on.
