Part of a regional chain, but this is a really good location. The owner is an older gentleman who always gives great food and service. I’ve been coming here for several years and my orders are always accurate and cooked to order. I like my pizza sliced and cooked a certain way and it’s never been wrong.

The worst customer service, rude , unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful employees. Extremely high prices for very low quality food. Also the ingredients which they use for making their food are not fresh , and even the sauce is smelly. These incompetents don’t take hygiene seriously, and touch the ingredients very irresponsibly.They don’t listen to the customers carefully, and make a mess out of customers’ orders. Actually they do not care once they swipe your credit or debit cards. For the sake of whatever God you worshiped once in your life treat all customers equally, and respectfully. And don’t think that the ones whom you prioritize are paying you , but the ones whom you don’t prioritize don’t pay you. Whoever enter your shop, and place an order pay you before picking up his/her orders. So how can you treat customers differently? I had a worst experience with this location, and my order was missing items. Also the pizza was extremely smelly, and the sauce was not fresh. All the food went to dumpster, and was very disappointed, and frustrated about it. I called multiple of times, but unfortunately no one helped me. I regret wasting my time, money, gas, and the miles on my car. I will never recommend this location to anyone, and WILL NEVER give them business again.

This location definitely deserves more business because the staff is so nice, helpful and quick. The owner when you first meet him he seems like a very serious man but he’s actually very nice and honest and you can tell he loves what he does. I love the fact that they save the information on how you like your food to be made so it makes the next time you call in a little easier.

I have been going to this location for about 3 months now. I live across the street and frequently call in my order and come by and pick up my pizza. The customer service is always excellent the gentleman that I’m assuming is the owner is very hospitable and appreciative of customers there are 4 other pizza locations within walking distance I love this specific location for not only it freshness me delicious food but the outstanding customer service even throughout the pandemic where customer service seemed to falter in some locations

We order for our office from this Mountain Mike’s constantly. The prices are a little high for a chain pizza restaurant, but it’s worth every penny when you want to treat yourself. The texture of their crust is unmatchable. It’s soft and crispy at the same time and doesn’t taste like cardboard. They always get our order right.

We were in town visiting Sac State. Got hungry and i noticed this was the closest Mountain mikes pizza with indoor seating. I called ahead of time and placed my order. Once checked in, it took about 15 minutes for pizza to be served. I ordered the huge Mountain size one. Pizza was on point! Hot and fresh! Customer service was great. They brought the pizza to our table and provided all the plates and everything else needed. They have screens on so i was able to watch some of the sunday night game, just not all screens were on and no sound. That would have made everything that much better! But great overall.
