This place is phenomenally bad, I’m amazed that they managed to get every single thing wrong. We ordered ahead b/c we’re travelling through and wanted to be somewhat quick. We got there, paid at the counter and sat to wait for our food, some time later my husband went to play pinball, then returned quickly when he saw it was a dollar a game. He checked on our food, and was told that it had been in their warmer waiting since before we showed up. My bbq chicken luau pizza was a greasy, gelatinous mess of undercooked bacon and over sweet sauce, my son’s lettuce on his taco pizza was hot, brown, old and wet, my husband’s double pepperoni had to be sent back because they did half pepperoni instead, and the garlic knots were somehow burned on the outside and still raw on the inside. Every member of the staff looked like they truly hate their jobs and it showed in the horrid salad bar and filthy restaurant. Being charged $80 for this perfect storm of phenomenally bad, well, everything, had me depart the restaurant without tipping, something I truly never do. I truly hope they can address the serious lack going on here, but I can say, we won’t ever be returning here.

Decent pizza place in town. Just an average pizza for an average price. It’s nice they have beer on draft and some wine. They would be a good place to hit up the happy hour from 2-5pm to save some cash on the apps and drinks.

Very disappointed in this location. You’re only option for sweetening your tea is sugar. So I paid for a “soda” option with the buffet. So I could have tea, I dont drink soda. Employee didn’t give me a refund. There was no ranch, when I told then it was empty no one refilled it. Employees were never seen. Hardly ecer came out of the back.

Came for the lunch special. There was no pizza ready. The tables were dirty and nobody was bussing anything. Had to wait for warm pizza. When on lunch break for work this is a bad choice. By the time the food comes out its too late. I would have asked for a refund for my 3 silices and a sip of soda in half an hour. Had to search 30 tables for a single parmasan cheese jar. Obviously the employees don’t get paid enough to care. Wasted $18. Never again.

Bought a carry out ‘mountain Pepperoni’ the cost $55.95 the botton was almost burnt and there was nothing great about it. I will buy Abby’s over it every time now. We never had a mountain mike’s pizza so wanted to try it, never again.

Only 3rd/4th day open and everyone was extremely nice. My order was lost twice after I called it in which is understandable with how slammed they are, so I reordered inside but the staff went above and beyond!! Gave me an order of wings and upgraded my cheesy bread. Keep up the good work everyone

Poor customer service! Walked in to have dinner. Was whistling to the music and the gal in the back room told me that she didn’t need to be whistled at and said that she knew I was out there waiting. I told her I wasn’t whistling at her and I walked out. I will not be back. Poor customer service!
