I decided to stop in this place since my family is always looking for a new Caribbean place. What a horrible experience. The woman (with the head wrap) had a fiercely nasty attitude. She definitely doesn’t belong serving customers of any kind. I decided to do as she wanted and simply leave her business. I will be sure to tell my family and friends to avoid this place. I headed across the street instead.

It doesn’t seem like much but this lil shop has some great Caribbean food (oxtails on Wednesday). Check it out and buy a plate.

Authentic jerk with plenty of hospitality to go with it. I would definitely call myself a jerk connoisseur and this place is up there on my list in the DMV. I’m not sure where these claims are coming from that state the food is not seasoned because that is simply not true move & groove is truly a hidden gem.

Food has no Jamaican seasoning on it. Not sure where the food is cooked, they claim you are getting brown stew chicken and curry chicken, but to me it taste like baked chicken……. I will not go back

This is one of those classic throwback carryout, that is an actual storefront with the luxury of authentic jamaican cuisine, at an extremely reasonable price! I absolutely reccomend this location to true jamaican food lovers! And they do practice social distancing at this location! Truly the Bomb.com!! There’s no bad choice, unless you get there when there’s only rice and gravy! Take that, not a bad decision either! Right there, that part!
