Mr. bills has a new owner who is extremely rude and told us we have to drive and cannot walk to her place of business. The food is terrible. My works hot dog had a soggy bun and the fish fry had a dry, shrunken fish filet. The service takes a long time. I used to go to this car hop at least once a week because I lived close and the food used to be good. Now, I will never return even though it is convenient. You will find much better service and ice cream a short distance down the road or southys.

I should have heeded the warning signs. “Under new management”, “We are short staffed, please be patient” “wait time 20 minutes”. We were pretty please to pull in and see it not busy on such a nice day. A couple food customers ahead of us and there was a warning of a 20 minute wait. After we had been waiting for 30 minutes they changed the wait to an hour. As a retired food service professional, I could look in the kitchen and see what they are doing wrong. The don’t have a shortage of staff, they just aren’t training who they have. One ticket filled at a time is never how it works yet that’s what they do. I watched 2 employees literally stare at tickets for an Eternity and not move. Then a father and son who arrived 40 minutes after we did, who knew the staff, walked to the side door with his number. Left his number behind and went to his truck. His food was delivered 5 minutes later. We still waited. It was slow. I saw 4 car loads of people walk to the window, find out it was an hour and left. So this new management is failing. At an hour and 3 minutes our 2 burgers, and onion rings appear. No fries. We ordered fries. I asked for my fries and a couple minutes later a pile of lukewarm fries showed up. The burgers were micro in size and the fried stuff was so so. $32 plus tip. An hour and 20 minutes. Oh the malts we received 6 minutes into our stay were very good. I can fix your speed of service. However I won’t return.

All I am going to say is it was actually decent at one point. Now, it is like going to McDonald’s but worse. I payed $5 for a medium Ice Cream and got a baby. The worker was Riley. However, when you get someone else (Mary) you can get a good serving. The Vanilla tasted like pure sugar that was not mixed. Wish it was better. If you really want some good Ice Cream then go to somewhere else like The Dairy Haus or Martha’s. Another good place minutes down the road is Southy’s. (the owners and workers are actually really nice people)

First review I’ve ever had. 5 hot dogs and small cheese fries came to $31!! First they’re not even real beef dogs. Second you could go to new way lunch or the dog shack for half the price. You could eat at a fine dining restaurant and get a steak or real food for that price. I know prices of goods have increased but come on.

Awesome place! Great prices and excellent customer service. My wife and I only purchased an ice cream and shake, but the other food looked delicious . Their prices are very reasonable. They are following all guidelines set in place. Can’t wait to get back.

The food was fair but was frozen not freshly made. Had a hotdog, fries, and breaded shrimp. There was no doubt that the fries and breaded shrimp were pulled from a bulk bag.

Ice cream is the best part. I’ve been going here for decades, but every year it seems to go further south. Hasn’t had a functional bathroom in years. Increasing prices with low quality food- Walmart white bread, poor quality hot dogs. Very disappointed

This place is going downhill fast I spent 20 dollars for a hot dog a microwaved cheese burger and a thing of cold fries the employees seem to be doing their best but I’m pretty sure there’s a new owner or they just don’t care anymore

Its Run down the crew is horrible the crew shut the window on my wife while we were still ordering said just wait or leave but asked us before that what we wanted erggg then we didnt get what we ordered.. then when we told them whats wrong the kid decided to run or mouth and said to bad just leave…
