We usually order the Queen steak from this place (which is not cheap), this one last time was poorly cooked and a not a ribeye. Just a small thin piece of meat that appeared to be chuck steak. Not sure if I’ll go back again. Total dissatisfaction and disappointment.

Had to come back and redo my review. Had been to Mr. C’s once before and had good service. Food was great, not bad at all. Tried to go again not to long ago but this time around service, if you could call it that was terrible. Wife and I sat for about 20 minutes or so and never were spoken to by anyone. Tried to get a waiters attention but no good. We never had anyone look our way. We get up and left, pretty disappointed. Probably didn’t look like we could afford to dine there but oh well. Called the manager and when I described what happened, he asked me why I didn’t get up to put in the order myself. So that says a lot about how the place is run.

Food was excellent, but service bad. Only two tables occupied, but he left me food and no utensils for 5 minutes, was talking on his phone. Then forgot my steak sauce for a long period of time, never noticed me waving at him, still very active on and off on his phone.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. Sat in the bar dining area. The restaurant is quite dated and hasn’t had much investment in years. The air conditioner didn’t work and hasn’t worked since the last time I came a few months back.

Just don’t even bother trying this place. Save yourself the headache and disappointment. We waited 3 hours to be served awful food. The table next to us complained to the owner for the wait (2+ hours) and food quality and the owner was rude to them, forced them to pay for food they hadn’t received yet. We got our food, didn’t eat much of it, paid and left. However, we are absolutely never returning. My advice would be to go to tubac (Elviras) instead, as you’ll be paying the exact same but get MUCH better food.

We went there for our Anniversary but unfortunately Pepe wasn’t there. We always order the Porterhouse’s & Pepe has always cooked them to perfection! Our server was very sweet but unfortunately she forgot my twice baked potato, rice, butter bread & the Steaks were not cooked like we’ve always had them. We were charged for thing’s that were returned & it was a disappointment. We highly recommend Mr. C’s it is the best Steak house we’ve ever been to with exception of this one time. I know the owner will rectify this issue in a timely manner because he truly cares about his customers. Next time we go we will make sure he is there because he cooks the Steaks PERFECT! You will LOVE it so give it a try! Pepe it’s Anthony & Tracy, please let us know when you return because it was our Anniversary & we were disappointed in our meal. This place is very understaffed and they do not keep any inventory as far as food and beverages. They had 1 waitress for numerous tables and they could not keep up with the customers. I ordered a Ribeye and I got an overcooked Diesmillo instead. I kept asking for items on the menu and they kept telling me that they ran out. They didn’t have half the items on the menu.
