Pizza is just about my only food group, and I can say without hesitation THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA YOU CAN GET ANYWHERE IN THE AREA. Reminds me of pizza I travel four hours to get from up north, BUT BETTER! NEW FAVORITE ALL DAY!!!!

My daughters and I met at this spot because it was halfway between Big Rapids & Grand Rapids. We were originally going to go elsewhere to dine in, but we were less than impressed with staff at other area restaurants without masks. So, we ended up here and I’m so glad that we did! We ordered cinnamon sticks, garlic knots, and a 12 in pizza (1/2 BBQ 1/2 Cheese). Everything was delicious. The pizza sauce had a great garlic flavor that tasted very fresh. the BBQ sauce was good & tangy. The pizza was topped with an ample amount of toppings. The cinnamon sticks are made with 12in pizza dough and they were so delicious (and affordable)! I didn’t think we’d be able to eat them all- but we did! The employees were all very kind and attentive. We will definitely stop here again when my girls & I need to meet-up!

I don’t leave negative reviews because anyone can have a bad night. This review is meant for you to decide whether you want to order delivery from here. First I ordered a large deluxe. $23. Add one extra topping and a delivery fee ($5) and tax. My card charged $32.21. Delivery was for 1.6 miles. Give driver $3 for tip because not sure she sees any of the $5 delivery charge. Is a large deluxe worth $35.21?

Ordered pizza to be delivered… was told 40 minutes ( which was impressive!) Called back 90 minutes later to see if they needed directions as pizza still had not arrived. Was told driver was on his way and that he had 7 deliveries with him..(wait..what?? 7 deliveries, that’s not going to bode well). Pizza finally arrived and delivery guy was very sweet. Pizza, however, not so much…. It was cold and so were their “silly sticks” ( cheese covered pizza dough baked and sliced). All tasted horrible but I’m going to guess that it was because it was cold. The pizza was mostly dough ( like all the toppings slid to the middle)the extra cheese was nonexistent and not much flavor in the rest. The mushrooms came out of a can and the ham was shredded in little clumps. For $32.00 it was not worth it!

My family and I love Mr Es!! The kids love the cheesy silly sticks and the Hawaiian and BBQ Chicken pizzas are so awesome!! The lunch buffet has a lot of choices and all of the salad ingredients were fresh and yummy!! Staff is super friendly and attentive! Thanks Mr Es for bringing a good pizza joint back to Sand Lake!!

My husband and I LOVE pizza and we were very pleased to find out that Mr Es pizza lived up to our expectations. We recently had a baby who is dairy intolerant and Mr Es was willing to do anything without cheese. They were quick, food was tasty, we will absolutely be ordering from Mr Es for all our future pizza cravings.

We tried this place out for the first time this past week. We were not impressed. The cheese bread shouldn’t be mistaken for cheese bread sticks… if you want cheese bread sticks, get the “silly sticks”. The pizza sauce is not good here, either. Very ‘canned’ taste to it. Still new so I won’t be too mad about the disorganization going on.. I’d give that some time. The pizza’s seem very small for what you normally get.. the 14″ we ordered was more like a 12″ or the size of a frozen digornio. Their pizza carries a lot of crust as well, not much topping from the pizza we got. Hoping this place is just frazzled for being new and takes the time to get things going straight… but not my type of pizza place. I’ll drive the 40 minutes to get Vitales in Grand Rapids on Leonard!

Mr. E’s pizza is soo good! Handmade crust that is soft and fluffy. Their sauce on the pizza is very flavorful and robust. Toppings are fresh and proportioned well. Delivered on time and was hot! Will definitely be ordering again!
