My granddaughter won tickets from the library to Mr. Gatti’s Pizza. We had never been to the restaurant due to our recent move to the area. We found that this was an excellent place for pizza. The food was fantastic!! The staff was very wonderful and very pleasant.

Recently I’ve taken my clients there several times for lunch from Easterseals who all have developmental disabilities and everyone is so nice and patient and accommodating, definitely a great friendly atmosphere, highly recommend!

The best time to come here is anytime before 2:00 pm ( Sunday is the best ). Even though it will be very busy at that time the pizza is constantly coming out to the bar nice and hot and everything on the bar is fresh. Also the Broccoli Soup and the rice they have is really good when they have it on the bar. Price is great and we always got our favorite dessert pizza on the bar when we asked for it ( coconut pizza! ) No complaints from me.

They have 2 party rooms, one being completely private with door and the other you can only use half of and not at all private. Yet they charge the same amount! You can’t even get in until your party start time to decorate so half our time was wasted setting up. Then we had to wait longer for them to clean the tables and floor because they sent us back to the room with pop all over the table and floors. The way they sectioned off the room made it super crowded and not easy to operate a birthday party. When we tried to span out because there wasn’t any other customers in there and we were so crowded together, we were told we’d be charged another $200 if we used the other tables. Even though they were already charging us $10 extra for those guests on top of the $200. We had to keep going and finding someone when we needed anything. They didn’t come back and clear not one plate during the party. The staff only came back to complain and ask us to move for using the extra seats without paying another $200. Definitely not worth the price! Could have definitely been way more friendly with a child’s party. Sadly we won’t be using them again after many years of birthday parties! Total waste of money now!

I went here for the first time and the food was ok, they have cheeseburger pizza but forgot the burger part so it’s just cheese, mustard, pickle pizza. They have a swaggy arcade though, sadly I’ll never be able to go there again knowing I have peaked with getting a jackpot on Double Deal in Deal or no Deal. I will never reach that high again and it’s all downhill from here so I can’t go back.

Pizza is good. Desserts are great. Salad bar is ok, pasta bar is hit or miss. Game room is a ton of fun and decently priced, but not manned very well. Cleanup crew is diligent in dining area. Could use a little more cleanliness in the bathroom. All in all, we are repeat costumers, so that should tell you something.

This place is wonderful. The pizza is very good. The soups are very tasty. The salad bar has lots to choose from. I don’t know how they do it…great value for your “out to eat” dollar. I enjoy the ice cream too. The best place to eat in Portsmouth. We go there several time a month. The staff works hard and they are very friendly. Wish we lived closer.
