They recently messed up our order, but they made up for it by remaking it when I picked it up and looked at it. I told them that it was made wrong. And when I asked him if I could keep the wrong pizza they said yes so that was nice.

Called an order in for a $7.99 large two-topping pizza today (this is a really good deal btw) and the phone call was very professional, took the order quick and said 10-15 mins. Upon arrival to the store I waited until the 15 minute to go inside and the pizza was hot and ready to go. Excellent customer service and top quality business overall. Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE. I’ve ordered twice from this location both were delivery. First time estimated delivery was 25-30 minutes and it was an hour before it was picked up, which I had to call and check on. Today I ordered from here and again it said 25 minutes and it was an hour and a half, when I called they let me know they were waiting for doordash to pick up (I didn’t even know doordash was picking up since I ordered directly from the site). I ended up just picking up the order and I didn’t get my Sprite(this was my fault because I did forget to ask about it when they gave me my order), BUT the pizza was extremely raw and I had to put it in the oven. I will say that when I went in and called in customer service was exceptional, but quality of the food and the speed of delivery needs to definitely improve.

I am so glad they offer cauliflower crust because I have to be on a gluten free diet. It’s pricey, but it’s nice they offer it unlike some other pizza chains.

Went for a indecisive food run while out running errands, not really knowing where to stop and get the kids something, but wanted something quick and delicious. The kids were tired of the the Hot and Ready deals, but wanted pizza. Soooooooo drove down a little ways from the house and stumbled across Mr. Gatti’s Pizza to Go You Pull up, place ya order, and for me……..back home in under 20 minutes Great Place to come to when your Kiddos are Borderline Gremlin Hungry! Hot Hot Pizza and Delicious! 10/10 for me! #foodieGirl

I overheard the employee offer the people in front of us the “promotion” for a large pizza. I didn’t hear their entire conversation, so when it was my turn to order, I asked the cashier, “Do you have any promotions going on right now?”, to which she replied, “no”. I was charged $11.99 for a large pizza & $1.39 for the extra topping. While I was seated waiting, I heard the cashier offer the next customers, the large 2 topping for $7.99 as well as other specials they have. So they ordered what was offered. I called and asked for the manager who told me, “We only offer specials for online orders.” Which is obviously untrue because I literally heard others being told of the specials IN PERSON and that the employees even had a laminated paper with the specials on it, and they were showing other customers that paper. The manager then, took down my name and phone number and told me that the district manager would contact me, and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I just don’t think it’s fair that I paid double for something when I could have paid less. I am on a budget, and if it was THEIR own money being spent, they would care more. Never coomjng back here again. Horrible first impression.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 smore pizza and staff forgot to make the smore pizza, they weren’t too sure how to make it, so half of the mashmellow topping was burnt. Had to wait 15 to 20 more minutes for that. Pizzas weren’t fresh anymore.

Price does not match pizza portion or pizza quality. We ordered a large gattis delux(aka supreme) and a large bbq chicken. The deluxe was decent in flavor but the portions and the pizza were surprisingly smaller than expected. With pizza against the back wall of the pizza box, there was atleast 3 inches of space to the front. And that was both pizzas. The second pizza, bbq chicken, was the worst of all. The ability to charge the same price for just chicken and onion the same price as as a combination is mind blowing. Not to mention the fact that the bbq sauce was extremly terrible. Two large pizzas (really 2 medium) $40. Just go next door to Dominos and you can get 3-5 for same price, but better quality
