It’s hard to know who is to blame… called in an order for delivery. Was told it would be 90 min. Which is fine. It’s Friday. 10 minutes shy of 2 hours I call and find that the pizzas are still at the shop and that doordash never picked them up, said it has happened a few times tonight. They said they’d call doordash to come get it and give me a credit for my next order. So now it is 2 hours and 45 minutes later and we have our pizza from the store that was .7 mile away. I kinda thought Gattis had their own drivers- which was why I ordered delivery, thinking Friday night would be a night they’d be on top of it. The credit was nice and I’m fine. But obviously some things need to be tightened up so hopefully management is checking out this review.

Good job hutto gattis!….ordered a super supreme and cooked to perfection!……crust chewy and cooked just perfect. Ingredients all the way to the edge of pizza…..that’s how you do it!…..great job!!

I am standing here waiting for my order that I ordered online. It said that it would be ready in 60 minutes. I am here to pick up my order and now they are saying it will be 20 more minutes. I know that they are busy but please update your times and be more accurate with your times, especially because there isn’t a waiting area and there were many others in the same boat I was in waiting.

I have purchased from the new Gattis a few times. The cheese sticks have been horrible everytime. They should be renamed to “sticks with a sprinkle of cheese”. Not what I’m used to from Gattis. The pizza has been great but anything else is just disappointing. We might need to unite and let this spot fail and hope it gets replaced with something better. I’ll order again in a few weeks…don’t disappoint again Gattis or we are breaking up!

Order for the first time and i Just got my food, xl pizza and large cheese sticks. Waited 1 hr for delivery and the food is cold, not even a little warm. I live literally 5 min away, how could this be??? Guess I have to go back to ordering from dominos, at least I get my food hot from them.
