We’ve been a few times. It’s decent food for a kids place. We had my sons 6th birthday here. Staff was very helpful. It was decently priced. They have a piñata cage which was a blast & excellent way to break up the time for the party so the kids ask for less $$ for tickets. I would recommend this location – I have no complaints.

Not clean! Gross! Some bus boy literally filled up his gray bucket of dirty cups and proceeded to dump out every cup of random people’s contaminated soda leftovers in the drain of the soda fountain! It was literally the most disgusting thing I’ve ever witnessed at a fast food establishment. Seriously! I told him that this was disgusting and he continued to pour out everyone’s drink! Do they not have a sink in the kitchen that the bus boy can use?

First timer. It was good value, with a tremendous variety. Great place to take the kids or the kids at heart. Even 60 year Olds like bumper cars. No insurance worries or police.

Been going here since I was a kid. There employees are nice and there pizza line is amazing. The people leaveing bad reviews just are haters ong. But pizza and everything here amazing. Love the McAllen Location. Keep it up!

Its OK. For being a buffet. Alot of different varieties of toppings plus you can ask them to make the type you like and then go back and pick it up. No extra charge. Games are decent. For the amount arcades and hands on games, they sure tend to have many not working properly. As for service, the cleaning personnel were more attentive and were always quick to their job, more so than the hosts or party staff. Not my choice of a place to go often. But it’s a place I can say it’s worth to try at least once.

I had never been to a Mr.Gattis and boy was it a pleasant surprise to see how clean everything was. Pizza was awesome and their salad bar was fully stocked. Im most definitely going back.

Been a few years since before covid hit that we had gone to Gatti’s. I was happy to see that the place was clean, the pizza buffet had a great selection and tasty pizza, the crust was perfect. The spaghetti bar was yum and the salad bar was very clean and organized. I noticed the staff was on top of keeping the buffet area clean and stacked with plates and utensils. The bussers for the tables were very attentive and that was wonderful. We will be going back again.
