Where’s the rest of the pizza? Wasn’t expecting a large crust with a small pizza size worth of toppings. It did show up cold, but I think that was more so door dashs fault. Their website automatically sends it via door dash so it’s on them for using them. Wouldn’t order from here again based on how poorly it was made. Would have probably been a good pizza if it was a full pizza and hot.

I know the pizza and cheese sticks I ordered online did not look like these pictures! This is the only location that needs some work. How hard is it to make a pizza! Last nights team did a terrible job but DOORDASH did an excellent job delivering but then I opened the boxes, SMH!

My son and I were visiting Austin for a basketball tournament, and Mr Gattis is a classic for pizza. We walked in excited to sit when we saw this location is still operating under COVID-19 rules. I’m all for safety, but there wasn’t even an option for wearing a mask. There weren’t even chairs to sit and wait for the pizza. Very uninviting. Bathrooms were unavailable as well. Thank goodness the pizza was good and didn’t disappoint.

We order here every weekend and love Gatti’s however today was not it. We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery but only 1 was delivered. The delivery person said Gatti’s only gave her 1 and that we had to contact Gatti’s. We called Gatti’s and they said they gave her all 3 but offered to send us the other 2. We accepted and had to tip the second driver but the pizzas we got looked so bad. We’re not sure if they thought we were lying about not receiving the pizzas and did it on purpose? Really disappointed because we literally order every weekend from this Gatti’s but won’t be anymore after today. The first picture is the first order delivered and the second picture is the second order delivered. I gave 3 stars because we typically love Gatti’s but just unhappy in the quality difference for something that was not our fault. This is something that should have been dealt with between the driver and business.

The manager and staff were very attentive and friendly!!! I drive a total off 45 minutes to drive from Bastrop because pizza is always fresh and always what I order !! I highly recommend this location if you are in the area!!

Came down on Friday with the boys for a b day weekend bash and as always they ate pizza and pasta and played a whole bunch of games. Clean and nice at the food bar. Bathroom needed alot of attention. Will return.

I ordered three pizza and received only two. I’m a regular customer. I call the store and the young man tried to help at first but when I gave my name then order no. He told me he was told to hang up. I’m upset that they would treat a regular customer with such disregard. There no corporate number so have no choice but dispute the charge. Disappointed.
