We ordered online and were five minutes early for pickup, and our order was just about ready. The service was good and the fella was nice to deal with. The roman burger was on tap to share with my boys as they’re from Kansas City and never had a Roman Burger . So I will tell you that if you want the true Roman Burger from the 30 year old memory banks, get a large with the extra meat… Otherwise you will be disappointed lol. We enjoyed the food and had a great ride down memory lane.

Best customer service experience I have had in quite a while. As long as the service and food stays this way I will only go to this location. I was greatly very pleasantly greeted and served. My food was fast and hot. The location was clean and smelled fresh.

I ordered a Roman Burger and it was very good everything on the sandwich was fresh and it tasted like it I will return and try it again. I came back yesterday February 1st and I wasn’t very happy with the sandwich looks like the burgers are disappearing so small I could barely see him prices didn’t go down though. Wasn’t very happy on this visit. Won’t be back.

It run by very nice east indian ppl, and we all know they change the way things are done. Not enough meat sandwich was lacking. Every item on all sandwiches are put on thinner then any mr hero i have been too. Let just say its made the east Indian way. LACKING. NOT GOOD SANDWICHES STINGY WITH ALL INGREDIENTS.

Very rude…. I order my lunch online. A coworker picked up all of or orders which it was 5 of us that ordered so even order at the store. All of the orders was wrong i called to ask if i can come get my order replaced and my cheese cup was not in the bag also. He must have pick up the wrong online order because he was tell me that is what i ordered and telling him its not. I will be taking my food back and i don’t want any thing but my money back. And they drink fountain is full of mold .
