The food is good, but I don’t like it when people assume. I went today with a neighbor of mine, and she placed her order; received her food, and we were both told to enjoy it. Sounds all good, but there was a problem with this.. the food that she ordered WAS for two people.. her, and her mother! It doesn’t seem so serious, but I am a man of pride!!! I would never have a woman order my food for me, when I’m standing right there to do so myself!!! This all could have been avoided, had the young man asked, before taking any orders if they were separate, or not. Complimentary drinks, or something would have been a kind gesture to remedy this fault of his. I will be going to the Kamm’s Corner location from now on.

Great food and service, as always. Order your 14-inch Romanburger with extra meat . Pricey but worth it. That way, you will have one sandwich to eat at the store and one to eat tomorrow for lunch.

I have a new debit card coming in mail. Website wouldn’t take orders, wouldn’t take a card number on phone, they don’t do tap to pay, and don’t do credit cards. Waste of my time. Update with the times. Be better.

Sandwich was good. Potato wafers could have been more crisp and not so greasy. The cheese sauce was horrible. No flavor. Add cheddar please and get rid of that stuff you call cheese sauce.

I was amazed that there is still a place that believes in great customer service! Guy at the counter asked if I wanted ranch with my poppers. At other Mr. Hero’s I have to ask than am usually told that I have to for them. He also asked if I wanted the tuna in a separate bag b/c the other food was hot and the tuna is cold…have never been asked that before. I just want to say THANK YOU and keep up the good work!!!
