This Mr. Hero’s on Broadway and Lee in Maple Hts., has the friendliest staff and quality food. I’ll call in for a sandwich pick up, and within minutes I can stroll right in, get and go. Great for my slim 1/2 hr lunch break.

Poor service cold wafers fries I asked the cashier if they was fresh after I stay there and seen them sitting there and she had the nerve to lie I got home and they was ice cold lost my business forever when I called the manager got smart to like I’m not driving back for u to replace a wafer fries with the cost of gas if ur cashier would have gave ne fresh food from the start poor service and I was a regular customer too not anymore

This is the worst place, I ordered Steak and cheese no mushrooms with double meat medium waffle fry. When I got my order the steak was overcooked and tasted like freezer burn nor did I have double meat, the sandwich had no mayo and when I asked why had she charged me fo a large when I asked for a medium she said they only have 2 sizes I paid over 20.00 for a mess, when I asked about the mayo she said it was extra what! So people I will not return to this place on Lee rd. And Broadway
