Crying shame I have to give a single star. Laziest employees you’ll ever encounter. All they care about is running out the door. They shut down the app way beyond closing time because they feel they are entitled to leave at 9pm when the sign says they close. I often can’t order past 8pm. Last night was the absolute final straw. Walked up at 8:46 to buy a sandwich and the store was dark. Employees were cleaning and laughing. You’ve lost a customer forever. I will tell EVERYONE I encounter to put your regional chain out of business. Absolute joke of a business with ZERO accountability. Manager AND district manager (if this small chain has one) deserves immediate termination.

Hey ️ ️ ️ THIS GNEW MANAGEMENT IS TOP FLIGHT!!!!! MY SANDS WAS PERFECTED. MY ORDER WAS MADE SPEEDY & WITH CARE. GNOT THREW TOGETHER/RUSHED OR SLOPPY. I dont gnow who is TAKING OVER but I don’t normally go for this place or Fast food like this but when I tell you this experience was THE KIND I EXPECT EVERY WHERE & ANY WHERE THAT MY hard earned $$ is SPENT. What a fabulous experience! We had won “Office of the Week” on 105.7, and had 8 different orders to call in. Mr. Hero really came through for us! All the orders were correct, the food was hot and delicious – ready on time when we came to pick up, and the manager that we talked to on the phone was absolutely delightful! This was our first time ordering from this location, and we will be repeat customers!

Always consistent in serving a great steak sandwich. This location NEVER gets left over grilled unions mixed in with my cheese steak! So many mr. Hero’s cooks at other locations don’t scrape off the grill between orders and you get the last orders remains mixed into your sandwich! Staff is always friendly and efficient.

They wasn’t taking orders at the counter when we atrived, cause they was filling all of the online orders and had customers waiting inline until they got all of the other orders out.. waited on food for over 20mins. My daughter wanted Mr hero or I would have left if it was me…how do u make customers wait on food to fill online orders…won’t be going back.

I went to get dinner at around 7:40 and the door was locked. I called to see if they were still open because the hours said they were open until 9. The employee explained that they “had to take a break” because there was a big rush of customers and the store would be closed until 8. I completely understand the stress of working food service and the difficulty of managing a store. They need to hire more employees so that the staff isn’t too burnt out to serve food!! I don’t get Mr. Hero often and when I do it’s a nice treat. I’m disappointed I couldn’t get dinner of my own after dealing with customers at my own job.
