Of course I get the Roman Burger with no salami never changed always taste great and always is fresh. And the waffle fries and the hot cheese can’t get any better than that. I like that they have sizes now to save a Buck or two.

Ok, so after a family emergency that resulted in me and my kids being out very late we stopped to grab sandwiches bc it was one of last places open. My daughter is allergic to mushrooms so we order the plain cheese steaks. The lady taking the order (Robin R) was rude off top, but it was late and there was a line so I tried to let it go. When we pulled around towards the window she let a guy walk up to the window and he almost got hit by the car in front of us who was trying to pull up as he was next and there’s a sign in the window saying they won’t take walk ups but she let him jump in line even though it was dangerous. We finally get up to the window and she IDs us. I asked why bc there wasn’t a name on the card we were using, she rolled her eyes and snapped “because you spent so much”. Ma’am we’re feeding 4 kids and 2 adults and you guys raised your prices again. We’d like it to not be that much either lol. She slammed the window and a few minutes later handed us out the food. We got home and I obviously checked the food to be safe, and she put onions and mushrooms on every sandwich. If I hadn’t checked we would’ve been a world of trouble because of my daughters allergy. Checked the receipt and she rung every sandwich as a deluxe which not only is more expensive but includes everything we asked to NOT have on. So we got overcharged and my daughter couldn’t even eat. I know I should’ve checked before we pulled out, but we were tired and just wanted to get home and eat. With the prices up and a disregard for good customer service and giving the correct food, I would not go back. Nor would I recommend it to anyone. If I could rate lower than one star I would.

Sandwiches are high priced. Had good amount of meat on it. Says they use mozzarella-didnt taste like it to me. I actually added Taco Bell Mild Sauce which made it a much better sandwich!!!
