The fish and fried chicken are seasoned so well. I don’t like the Mac and cheese bc you can tell they used velveeta (I am not a fan). The veggies are overly spicy. Seasoning is fine but why make them hot ♀️

I ordered four platters for me and my family and I must say they have big portions but I’m not understanding how some foods are over seasoned and the rest is under seasoned. The whiting fried fish had bones in them still. The collard greens were so salty my step pop couldn’t even eat it. The Mac n cheese and yams didn’t have enough seasoning on them at all, they taste bland. And lastly my chicken is full of feathers.
