Pizza is great! Was delicious and tasted fresh. The staff here is friendly and funny. They have wide assortment of toppings. The pasta as well looks great. They have combos for the pizzas so it’s cheaper per slice the more you order. it’s a gray place the pizza is amazing, I definitely recommend.

Maybe because this place is in Little Italy I was expecting a lot more. The pizza was decent.. nothing that stood out about it. I had the Mr. Moto since I figured it might be their specialty, but again nothing particular about it. The spot is really cool though. The environment is bustling with all the transients, but overall I feel: eghhh wouldn’t go out of my way to come here for pizza. The staff was honestly on the unatentive side I stood around for about 5 minutes and wasn’t told a single thing. There was a line of people behind me and honestly we all seemed a little lost and confused. Spot really needs someone dedicated to manning the front in particular because the area seems so saturated with people. I’m pretty confident that if they had someone greeting up front and being cool with all the people passing by and in the shop they would generate more business. Overall! Wouldn’t exactly recommend, but wouldn’t knock it either. If I was rating it I’d give it a 6/10

Located in Little Italy on India St. Courteous, quick counter service. Lots of options to order pizza by the slice, garlic knots, calzones, etc. if you are about to leave/fly home, grab some garlic knots and stuffed knots to eat on the plane if you’ll be flying during a meal time. The staff were very friendly and easily conversed with us.

Mr. Moto’s pizza makes exceptionally good pizza. His authentic New York style pizza has definitely lived up to his name on the west coast. I absolutely love that he sales pizza by the slice. Also, it should be noted that they offer daily specials. The décor and outdoor seating are very upscale, well compared to Landini’s who also serve pizza by the slice. Arrived a bit early super hungover and was happily greeted by the employees. It was so early that not all the pies had come out yet. I opt for something healthy, Mission Blvd.- Fresh spinach, roasted tomato, garlic, artichoke, and caramelized onions on homemade marinara base. This definitely cured the hangover and I was ready to take on my day!

We got a slice of pepperoni pizza and one spinach/ricotta stuffed garlic knot to go. The place is very busy. Their organization seems a bit chaotic when orders come out, but otherwise neat place. Great location. I’d love to see more flavors of the stuffed knots if I ever come back- it was delish. My husband said the pizza was good too!

Mr. Moto pizza was delicious, my daughter and I also had the garlic knots stuffed with pepperoni, jalapeños and mozzarella. Definitely worthy of eating here again. When I’m San Diego, come through Little Italy and stop by Mr. Moto’s pizza. Keep up the good work.
