Our go to place when in PB, ordered a custom veggie, however the crust was extremely soggy, ordered a large and had to toss it in the trash. We could not lift the slice without it falling completely apart. Toppings tasted great, but the crust was extremely bad, it as watered down, love this place, however, the Crust we had was the worst I’ve ever seen. Toppings were great. Might be that I waited for 45 mins, when asked if my order was ready they looked for it and it was in the heater box? Not sure if that messed with the crust. Well anyways hope they figure a way to get the crust on point.

I’ve had Mr. Moto Pizza before, just not this location. Food quality and flavor is the same as other locations. Indoor dining available, typical informal dine-in so prevalent in SoCal.

Wow! This is good NY style pizza. Almost a hole in the wall pizza joint. Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. Outstanding! The crust was light and good flavor. The garlic knot was okay. Staff was ver friendly, polite and professional.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. We placed an order that was delivered incorrectly – two out of our three pizzas had incorrect toppings and only 2/7 sides of ranch were delivered. when we called to ask about it, we were met with the rudest “general manager” I’ve ever come across. She asked us to drive back and show them our pizzas with incorrect toppings (this was a delivered order???) and when we mentioned why we could do that, this woman on the phone said “I don’t know if your friend is drunk or stupid, but this is our policy.” In what world is that a response? We paid $35+ for a specialty pizza that was completely wrong — and we’re met with hostility and rudeness on the other end of the phone? I used to always eat here and thoroughly enjoyed it, but somethings changed in the last few years and I only have negative experiences. Never again.

Somehow we never got our delivery but when we called Mr Moto just made us another pie. I picked it up in 20 minutes and they threw in a free salad. How’d they know I need to eat more veggies.
