Went there and picked up my beef and broccoli with lomein noodles. Started eating and feeding my grandson and bit into the beef and felt a hair in my mouth, I pulled it out, spit out the food and immediately called the restaurant. The rude lady on the phone said I would have to bring it back so she can determine if it was mine or theirs and told me that everyone ties their hair up and that at the most, they would make my food over but that a refund was not an option as if I was still hungry after that. I have very short hair btw.

Horrible experience today. Ordered shrimp fried rice and there was absolutely no shrimp . So I call back and the lady begins to argue with me saying that there isn’t always shrimp In there but she’s sure there was. I begin to tell her I’ll bring it back so they could see and then argues that that is not what I ordered and I only asked for vegetables . When I asked if we can just get the order fixed she stated that she would not be fixing anything and not to come back. Go else where . So rude here

This restaurant was suggested to me by a friend of mine who eat from here, the dish I ordered combination egg foo yung chicken beef shrimp did not want chicken so I asked if they could substitute pork instead, he said I could pay extra but he couldn’t substitute, it was good but wasn’t enough. Do not eat here. They are rude and very unprofessional. They messed up my entire order and would not fix it. The cashier was certain she hadn’t made a mistake. When I showed her the mistake she started speaking in her native language so I couldn’t understand. They never fixed the order and I left without food for me and my children.

Cashier was very rude to my daughter and tried to deny it but I was on the phone while she was ordering so I heard the conversation. Specifically asked for chickens fried rice was given chicken chop suey something we know nothing about so would never order I went in to correct it and received the same attitude! Will NEVER patronize this business again!
