Sadly it’s gone really downhill. It breaks my heart to leave a bad review bc this used to be one of my favorite places. We are here very often!! However, it’s been terrible lately. The food is decent -if you pick the right item- (tortilla soup was served cold!!) but the service is bad. 🙁 Multiple times we haven’t gotten silverware , the chips have been burnt and stale, the drinks haven’t been refilled, etc.

We took our family out to dinner last night including our 20yr old who doesn’t live at home anymore. The food was ok at best and by around 2am we all got sick. We all have food poisoning now. My 20yr old called this morning to say he had food poisoning. MR Panchoes is the only place we all ate together. I definitely will not be back.

Got my food. Decent. Waitress didn’t check on me once, no offer of a drink refill, assumed I was ready for the check (I was going to order a margarita). She tapped the bill case on my shoulder from behind and sped off (still no drink refill or even “how was it?”

The margaritas were great! Strong and good! But the service was HORRIBLE! WE HAD TO ASK FOR REFILLS ON DRINKS. CHEESE DIP WAS COLD! OUR WAITER ERIK DIDNT EVEN COME BACK TO ASK WAS THE FOOD OKAY. We had to ask for silverware and straws. And not to mention when we first walked in I immediately noticed how the blacks were on one side and the Caucasian’s were on another side! I didn’t like that at all!! I had to ask twice for the second margarita! The food was decent.. nothing to brag on! When it was time to pay Erik stood there for the money. Funny bc any other time he came to the table he would be in a rush to leave! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!
