Was visiting family in the area and was craving for Vietnamese food. Family suggested this place because it’s as authentic as Panama City Beach was going to eat. Ordered egg rolls, chargrilled pork and shrimp with vermicelli, Korean BBQ rice plate, combination pho, and chicken pad Thai with milk tea boba. Egg rolls, vermicelli bowl, and milk tea were amazing! Everything else….not so much. Even the veggies for my pho looked sad. One strand of herbs. One slice of jalapeños, and barely a handful of bean sprouts….I did not even finish my bowl of pho which I was really sad about. Tasted very mediocre and had too much sugar. I’m not too sure if it was rock sugar, but broth was very very sweet. Korean BBQ was too salty and dry so could not eat that. Pad Thai noodles were overly cooked and soggy (forgot to take a picture of it), BUT service was amazing!!! The staff was very nice and attentive. They continued to give refills in a timely manner (rare for Asian restaurants-IYKYK), make sure we were taken care of, and kept apologizing when our food took forever to come out (not their fault-they were busy for lunch). I truly wish the food was better because I would love to return because how great the team was, but if I ever do come back, it’ll definitely be different dishes than the ones I ordered this visit.

The fried rice was good and I like, but the fried chicken wings were over cooked made to hard and dry. People reviewed and said the Tom Yum hot pot was good. No the hot pot was not good at all, no flavor as Thai hot pot needed to be. I fully recommend don’t waste money for this soup. The next important thing that drives people crazy after eat was they charged money more on your recipe that they called ” None cash advance 3%”. What was that I never heard in the United States ? In 2019 when covid hit so business could blame on some things to get more money from customers but stopped already. However, you need to be aware for that kind a cheating charges on your recipe. Hot pot in the Panama City area? Why yes, yes there is and it is delicious! Just went last night and can’t wait to go back. From the broth to the assortment of meats and veggies to the house made doing sauces it was so delicious! On top of that we got there less than 30 mins before closing. But they were so welcoming and friendly! Definitely became an immediate favorite for us. If you’ve been to Volcano in Orlando, this is our local version!

This is the legit Vietnamese restaurant, I think the best one in/ near Panama area serving a variety of Vietnamese dishes and all is delicious! The owner and staffs are friendly and helpful. A whole bolero playlist playing as bgm creating a good Vietnamese atmosphere, pretty fun!

The food here is always really good! I have never had a bad experience with the service or the food! You could order literally anything on their menu and it would be delicious! My favorites to get here are the fried chicken wings and summer rolls for an appetizer. And I alway go with Pho or pad Thai for a main course! Food is always cooked to perfection! Another thing to try is their boba! Hands down my favorite place to go eat!

This restaurant deserves some recognition. Mr. Pho in callaway is AMAZING!! They serve authentic Vietnamese food and the service is top notch. The pricing is fair for the portion sizes and quality. Our total was $95 including tax and the card surcharge.
