I used Mr. Pickles “catering” for a recent Celebration of Life gathering where I had no idea how many people would attend. The food was great, presented well and sandwiches labeled. I walked in to order not knowing what or how much I needed and the Manager was super helpful, made great suggestions, and even offered to deliver more food on the day of the event if I was running out. It turned out to be the perfect amount of food and everyone was happy. Thank you so much!

Sandwich was okay they got my order incorrect, I got a Mr. Pickle without avocado and my sandwich had avocado…it’s disappointing to pay for food that’s made incorrectly. They also forgot my boyfriend’s request for a pickle on the side. My boyfriend says the Mr. Pickles on Monument is better than the one on Clayton so we plan to take our orders there the next time.

This is one of my go-to sandwich shops now. I really like the Reuben sandwich, but their other sandwiches on Dutch bread (ie Listen Linda sandwich, etc) are satisfying too. Comes w cookie too. Friendlier greetings might improve things overall, but that’s probably asking for too much.

Had a craving for a reuben sandwich and searched online before deciding up Mr Pickles on Clayton Road in Concord. The sandwich seemed slightly pricey but was larger than expected and everything was right about it. Perfect pastrami; and the thousand island dressing was really smooth instead of overpowering the sandwich. The pickles were super as well. This was one of the best I’ve ever had. The guys working there were super nice. Can’t wait to go back and get another one and also try a few of the other items.

112 degree Labor Day and we decided we didn’t want to cook so we called in an order for 2 sandwiches, I requested a substitute of cheddar for the cream cheese and when we got the sandwiches there was cream cheese. I get it, errors happen, and I wasn’t upset about the error but when I called back to politely explain what happened the young lady on the other line was extremely defensive telling me she will show me my order receipt says add cheddar… she gave no apology or any sense of caring for the fact that we have to dive 30min round trip back to get the correct original order we paid for… She also abruptly hung up on me after saying they would remake the sandwich.
