In the middle of my order a worker from the back room came out to interrupt the employee taking my order and continue to talk for several minute about shifts and different employees. When I asked if I could finish my order, he was offended and answered rudely “oh wow”. I finished my order (that employee asked me 3 times to repeat my order) when I received my sandwhich there was nothing but meat and cheese on it. Very poor service and even worse food. I posted this quite a while ago. I see that ownership of this location and any corporate team has not responded in any way or attempted to reconcile this absolutely terrible experience I had. Other locations are very close save yourself the frustration.

The customer service at this location is seriously lacking. They never acknowledge me when I come in and ordering (and tipping) ahead saves me no time. Just today, some rude door dash employee cut right in front of me and was helped with his order even though I had been waiting in line before he arrived. All it takes is someone (there were at least three employees working at the time) taking a brief pause and asking if I’d ordered ahead of time, but apparently that’s a thing of the past. Was hoping the poor customer service was just a one off but it’s been consistently awful the last several times I’ve been.

I got the Listen Linda sandwich and it was delicious and very filling. My bf had the Got Beef sandwich and really liked it. He said it wasn’t quite filling but was very good. The cookies are a great touch as well. $4-$5 extra to add a small bag of chips and a drink is a bit much so we skipped that option. $14 per sandwich was already enough. Definitely recommend.
