I can’t wrap my head around paying almost $30 for two large Italian subs only to get two subs with 3 pickles each, 2 tomato’s each and a fraction of onions, with no Italian seasoning or dressing. The consistency of their sandwich making is sub par. If you can’t even train your staff to make a quality product I can’t recommend or support your business. If you are telling me that your policy is 2 tomatoes and 3 small pickles per Large sub at $15.00. I can support you, your staff, or your business anymore! I don’t recommend this business.

My first experience of the sandwich shop Mr. Pickles went really well, upon walking into the store it had a cool theme of black and white tiles with their mascot in various different places it just felt like a nice place to be to eat. It makes you want to sit down and enjoy.

I’ve only ever had the hot pastrami on “Dutch crunch” bread. It’s great. Basically the highlight of the place is that Dutch crunch bread. It’s a medium firm bread with an extra crunchy crust (see photo). Adding that bread and getting “everything” on the sandwich definitely creates a signature meal, not just another everyday sandwich. So definitely try it out.

First time here. Staff was very welcoming. I was in and out in just about 5 minutes. Went with their specialty Got Beef sandwich on their Dutch Crunch Roll. Total cost was just a little under $10 but I did receive a complementary cookie. Overall, really liked it. I would not mind dropping by from time to time.

This is not like other similar restaurants. You order and they make the sandwich in the back. While they have outside seating, their inside seating is stacked. Food was good. The outside seating is kinda nice, on a good day, but is a little cramped. All the seating are metal chairs.

First off your sandwiches are no where close to the picture they show. The onions are soggy and gross. Tomatoes and lettuce are not much better. You call and ask if the onions are good today they tell you they are fresh but they are not. Bread is usually a little dry. I wish I could give a better review but they would have to get better produce and actually put more than just a couple small pieces of meat. If you made the sandwiches of the pics you are showing this review would be great.

This is the worst customer service. My daughter ordered a sandwich and wanted a combo. She grabbed chips and a drink. They charged her individually. When I brought it to their attention, thinking they would kindly reverse it and give her the combo price, we were told they don’t assume we want a combo. Lol. Who would buy a chip and drinks and not want a combo? They still wouldn’t reverse it. Every other Mr. Pickles has been great. But warning, make sure you say combo or they will steal your poor 16 year olds $2. It’s laughable. On principle alone, she should’ve said I apologize I didn’t realize and gave the teenager who didn’t know to say combo her $2. I have worked customer service and helped the rudest customers all with a smile. Terrible customer service.

The sandwiches were delicious and well made. Unfortunately we ordered online for pickup, and when we got home with our order we realized one of our sandwiches wasn’t correct, we asked for no pickles or mustard. There were pickles and mustard. That person didn’t get lunch, $11 wasted. There is no way to contact the store and get it fixed.
