Service and quality has gone way down hill since the pandemic. They put less meat on sandwiches than before, but charge you more for them. They’re still close to my job so I still go time to time, but today was my last visit. Sandwich made wrong, again… when you’re paying over $30 for 2 sandwiches it would be nice if they were at least made right.

First and last time. Ordered for pickup. I was at the pickup place patiently waiting. When a person walked up with an order for someone inside came to the register, instead of acknowledging me he was helping that customer. When I questioned it, he got really nasty and said someone else would help me. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION AT ALL!
