Used to love coming here, customer service has suffered significantly, of it even exist anymore. Was in just after 11am 11/22: No greeting, didn’t feel welcomed at all; basically “what do you want? That’ll be $30” and tossed my sandwiches on the counter after they were made, lucky I’m nice and always leave a tip. The cookies are still good, but look really sad and pathetic now. This visit probably ended Mr. Pickles for me, doubt I’ll ever be back. Mike’s is pretty tasty and much better service and atmosphere. Sorry!

I like their sandwiches but Woodland location have issues and their customer service sucks!! The top 3 issues that they can’t fix and need a rehaul are (1) Only open til 4pm on Saturdays. (2) If a customer orders three sandwiches, all of the employees help that one customer instead of helping the next customer. (3) Lack of supplies such as bread and cheese. Bread not baked until the bin is bare and don’t like bringing cheese from the back.

The new owner seems to be making fantastic changes. This location used to suck…Menus are all upgraded and the customer service is WAY BETTER!! I order online for my lunch breaks normally and my food is always ready on time. When I go and order in person, I hardly have to wait at all unless there is a line of people. The employees are much friendlier and have great customer service skills. Definitely will frequent this location more often now that there is someone else in charge.
