Order placed at 7:24 pm. It is now 10:10 pm and we still don’t have our food. Loading up and running to McDonald’s. Trust me when I say this is not the only thing these people will be hearing from me! What can you order from a pizza place that takes 2 and a half hours plus to make and deliver? The pizzas were pretty good but unfortunately our wait time was double was told to us originally. There was only 1 person working on a Saturday night in July. This is a recipe for unhappy costumers. Kudos to the lady working for completing our order even though she was setup to fail by management.

I give a 0 rating regarding service and pizza. My pizza was so under cooked but I was not upset things happen brought the pizza back requested a well done pizza. After waiting 10 minutes to see when I should come back for a well done pizza I was informed only one person was working (a woman that appeared to be high on CRACK) She was very rude. I was told my pizza had not been started because they had ppl ahead of me. Long story short the owner supposedly was contacted and they would not be refunding the pizza but refunding an amount not informed because two pieces was missing.

I called to report my food was undercooked and Cindy says,” a bad review is a bad review, oh well”…. The customer service sucks!!! Food is under cooked and wait time is unreasonable in comparison to the quality of food. Don’t waste your money, these folks will do anything for a buck

Got to mr. Pizza at 11:45 p.m. walked in looked at the pizza in the warmer. I asked the lady how long it was there she told me about 25-30 minutes got back out to my car opened it up Pizza hard as hell and crust burnt. Definitely will not ever comeback and anybody that ask me I’ll tell them no don’t go there it’s garbage and I’ll leave a review everyday

Wow! Sometimes you see a place and just think “What the hey?!” Well I am in town for a wedding shoot. Figured we would grab a bite. Stopped into this place, and we glad we did! The deluxe was devine. Very good topping ratio and excellent amount of sauce, and oh the grease! Not to greasy just right! Was such a great piece of pizza! Canoli was awesome as well and the cheesecake was yum! Will have to make this a go to when in town!
