I’m giving it a 5 for a country buffet. We had no food choice that was bad. Actually, it’s one of the best buffets in our area. Desserts were just ok. Hubby had chicken fried steak off buffet * he said it was tender. I enjoyed the salad bar..not just iceberg lettuce and lots of toppings. I must admit that when we pulled up & saw the entry, I was skeptical but go on in. If you like country home cooking you won’t be disappointed.

Food was excellent! We were surprised at the quality. Had never eaten there. There prices were very good as well! Burgers fries and drink for a little over 7 bucks. Service was just a bit slow but other than that everything was great! Well done! We’ll be back!

This is, hands down, my husband’s favorite eatery in Lufkin. They pretty much serve the same things every day on their steam table but that doesn’t mean it isn’t good. Always great food for an unexpectedly low price.

The food is served buffet style, however you can still order items from a menu. My son and I went on a Friday night . The food was delicious, hot, fresh, seasoned well. We enjoyed that the food is like home cooking. The wait staff was friendly, she acknowledged our presence as you seat your self and then a waiter comes to the table to get your drink order. She visited our table frequently to see if we needed anything. It had been a few years since we had been there. It was great to find the food and service was still as good as I remembered.

It was the best! Very delicious all the food was fresh and the environment was warm and welcoming! The overall experience is amazing. I am from Lufkin Texas but no longer live here and this is one of the best places i have eaten at in Lufkin and enjoyed in a long time! Definitely will be back when we come to visit again!!!
