This location was such a disappointment! Please see pictures attached. My “Mr. Sub” had the thinnest layer of meat I’ve ever seen. I pretty much had a lettuce and onion sandwich! Also, after you order they have a sign on the sliding pick-up window stating that they add a 4% service fee for any “cards”, (including debit cards apparently.) This notice should be on the menu, so you know BEFORE you order. By the time you pull up to pay, you can not see it clearly if the window is open! I will be contacting the BBB and any other entity to see if that is fair. Even my garlic fires were sub par. I’ve been eating Mr. SUB for over 40 years and this location was the worst!

I usually order the lunch special 6 pc. Mozzarella sticks and fries. Usually delicious, here and there I think it could’ve been a little hotter to get a cheese pull. The ladies are sweet as pie. It can get busy quick though through the drive-thru. The wings are a decent size. Prices outside of the lunch special are a little high. Overall great experience.

I’m so sick of this place not returning, learned my lesson. I repeated my order 3 times and the incompetent person with the irritating fast talking voice at the window still got it wrong. Then didn’t apologize, just more less tough luck. Ill do business elsewhere moving forward. Good food doesnt compensate for poor customer service!

They be blowing me with they slow service food is always fresh but there speed of service is . This the only restaurant where service gets worse every year how can I call in a order if your kid is answering the phone and leaving people on hold then every time she says it’s so busy we don’t need your order smh this is ridiculous the old me would read her but it’s the manager job to let her know that all customers are important this is a sad day I give them no stars for the lack of professionalism.
