Sub was alright. Meat tasted well. Bread was fresh. I just Felt the amount of meat on the sandwhich was a bit underwhelming, the meat was paper thing and most likely couldn’t have been more then 3oz in weight per querter

Rich, the owner was a HUGE help. I needed a sub order for a field day event, and the communication between me and the workers made the experience that much easier! I also had to reschedule my field day and order, and it was not a problem with this location. They had all the sandwiches packaged, labeled and ready to go for pick up. Rich & Izza are amazing & I cannot wait to order from them again!

We recently used Mr. Subs again for our schools field day staff lunch order. To say amazing is an understatement. Rich and his team of workers not only accommodated our switch in days due to the air quality, they also individually packed 54 teacher orders to perfection! I highly recommend this shop for not only the prompt and individual specifications but also for the tasty quality ALL of their choices are! Ok, my review…there are two locations north Brunswick and East Brunswick. The North Brunswick is much better. Bigger menu and opens earlier. On top of that I know the north Brunswick place you can eat in there and not sure about the E Brunswick one. That being said. The food either one is very good. The subs are much better than jersey mikes. Prices are much better and the quality if the meat is better. If you want your dollar to go further in these times go with Mr.subs and don’t let mikes overcharge you. I have ever had a complaint about the food from either one of the Mr. Subs two stores and the food is always fresh and cold cuts are great. If you want a decent price and a good sub order for this guy. This is the TRUE jersey sub. Not a chain store.

-5 stars!! So much for taking care of your mistake. 2 weeks ago, give or take, I called in my order over the phone. When I picked up my order and took it home we were shy one of the two sandwiches that I ordered. I called and they apologized but told them I could not come back. I was told to just remind him next time and “he will take care of it because I am always here”. So today I called and reminded him that they owe me a sandwich while I was calling in my order. I was put on hold and told I need to talk to the boss. The young lady in charge told me no and said I should have come back that day. Explained to her the whole story again. I hung up annoyed. Since I went to the post office 2 doors down I decided to go in anyway. The boss lady did not want to hear and gave me attitude. “I’m here everyday”, and looking both ways to her coworkers who said nothing she added, ” so I’m not giving you a free sandwich”. With that I stormed out saying I don’t want a free sandwich I just want what I paid for. They ripped me off. So much for trusting a business that I visited 1-2 times a month. Never again, I’ll starve first before they get another penny from me.

We had a large catering order for our staff ( entire school district) and I have to say I am highly impressed with the quality, taste, presentation of the sub platters and friendliness of the staff. Rich was absolutely amazing in making sure all the food was delivered accurately and in a timely manner.

Our school used Mr. Subs for a charity event this past weekend. Not only were they reasonably priced for what we needed, the food was delicious. All of our students were very happy with their lunch. Rich was so helpful and his staff was great to work with. We are looking forward to working with them again next year!

One of my favorite sub shops in NJ! They offer the freshest ingredients with great combination of meats and condiments. It is a very solid establishment. We catered from here for a party about a month ago. I met with Rich who takes care of catering. He helped me decide on sub platters a fruit platter, a cookie platter and salad. Everything came out great and was fresh. I didn’t have to do anything but pick up the order and Rich even helped my husband load everything into the car and called the next day to make sure everything was to our liking. I would definitely cater from here again. Food was great and prices were reasonable.
