My first time eating here. It was really good considering it is located in a gas station. There are 3 tables you can sit and eat at. Now for the food the tortillas were home made and fresh. I ate the tamales which were ok. They had too much masa and not enough meat. Believe you me I know what tamales should be and taste like; I grew up on them. As for the Mexican barbecoa I ate; it was awesome. I had three tacos of it. I was limited on my time to eat there this day. I will say this they certainly give you generous portions of food for your money. I saw some breakfast tacos being made and they were packed, lol. They had fresh menudo and stuffed chillis. I am going back when I get another chance to try their rice and beans which looked great. I tried the hot sauce and they had a good flavor but I advised the owner Eladio Gutierrez; they weren’t very hot, lol. To be fair I like habanero hot sauce. Again I look forward to my next meal which I will give an update. Do yourself a favor and try them out, you won’t be disappointed. My Friend Mike M recommended this location and I am happy i finally got a chance to eat there. Thanks Mike M

Absolutely the best breakfast burrito I’ve had in a long time. Yes, the red sauce is different, but after the taste test, it was great on the burrito.

This is the perfect little hole in the wall restaurant. No frills Mexican food in the heart of Texas city! I had passed this spot by a few times and finally decided to stop in. It’s located in a gas station. If your not paying attention, you’ll probably miss it. I’ve been fairly critical about the food in Texas city but this might be the saving grace for this town. They do breakfast burritos all day. I got an egg and potato breakfast burrito. It was the best burrito I’ve had in town.

At times they arrive late. The potatoes are sometimes under cooked. The place is clean service is quick all employees are nice. Over all not a bad place. I recommend try it for your self. Happy eating.

This place has fantastic tamales, home made, they are located inside Dee-Best gas station, (25th St. & Texas Ave.) They will deliver in a 5 mile area with a 5 dozen minimum order. For your special events call ahead for large orders, they make Pork with red chili, chicken with green chili, & rajas con queso (poblano peppers & jack cheese) my favorite. Stop by and give them a try. Thanks for reading, and clicking like is appreciated.

Loved the tacos and the green salsa!!! It was so good! The only thing I will criticize is the fact that we ordered 25 tacos and it was hard for ppl to grab what they wanted because 2-3 tacos were wrapped together at one time. So not ideal for a large group BUT they were still delicious. Next time I’ll ask if we can get them wrapped individually. They also supplied plates to take home with me. But seriously, TRY THEM OUT! Prices are great, too’

Flavorless burritos. I’ve never bought a breakfast burritos with no sauce for example red/green or chili sauce. The egg is barley cooked very little cheese. Salsa does not work as breakfast burritos sauce. If you think these burritos are good you are very sheltered.

Honestly I’m scared of Mexican food from Texas. I’m from California and haven’t found one burrito like the bay

We ordered our food through the Waitr app, after they received it they called and said they didn’t have any beef fajita. We ordered 4 things with beef fajita. We replaced it with chicken fajita. If we knew they were out of beef we would have ordered Grimm somewhere else. We asked for no sour cream and no tomato’s on our $6.99 burritos- it was full of sour cream so they went straight to the trash can. That was $14.00 plus tax
