Mr Jim’s is the best pizza in town. My food is always nice and hot and fresh. My favorite is the cauliflower pizza they have since it is a healthier option for me when I still want pizza. The people that work here always take care of me and have heard of many stories of them going above and beyond for customers. They are usually one of the only food vendors also when there are event’s at the lake.

I have been a customer of this Little Elm Mr. Jim’s now for several years. Honestly, I should have taken the time to post a review for this business way sooner. This place, pizza and people are the absolute the best. It’s the only place I feel confident in when it comes to ordering food and having it delivered to my home. I know that when I call, the person who answers the phone is always fantastic, the delivery is on point, the pizza is hot and fresh and the best you can get. Very professional, stand-up customer service that you can’t find anymore! I will NEVER order pizza from anywhere else. ALWAYS delicious and never disappoints!!! This Mr. Jim’s and the management is what it’s all about.. hard to come by and I feel so very lucky to have this Mr. Jim’s close by! Garlic parmesan crust ROCKS!!!!

Mr Jim’s had a large order for a company birthday party today. As I understand it, the entire city lost gas service so they weren’t able to cook our order. They went above and beyond going to a competitor that was still up and running to make sure they could provide our order no matter what.

I have not had Mr Jims in years. However, the Little Elm, TX location is so close, I thought I would try. They are under new management. My pies were perfect. The thin crust was still airy and flavorful. The regular was all the way to edges and very airy. I will continue to order from here. They were quick and hot. The driver was polite and helpful. I’ve been eating Mr Jims for 30+ years and can easily say it’s my favorite pizza. I typically order from this store once every few weeks and have for the past couple of years. Have never had an issue with quality up until the last few months where I’ve found each of my pizza in pools of grease, and relatively uncooked/doughy. I’ll gladly remove or give a better review if I notice the quality improve as I’ll continue to buy, knowing recent experiences isn’t the usual for Mr Jim’s.
