I kept driving by this Mr Jim’s everytime we went to HEB in grandbury. Kept saying we would order and then would end up getting pizza closer to home. But we will be eating our take out pizza from Mr Jim’s now. The staff were all friendly and actually said “ma’am” and “have a blessed day”. The pizza was the best I have had since moving to the area 2 years ago. It’s just as great as the Mr Jim’s we used to live near in Arlington. All 3 of our children enjoyed the pizza as well. Thank ya’ll!

I ordered a pizza to be delivered by Grub Hub. The pizza was ice cold and I PAID for cheese which was missing awful…I threw it in the dumpster because it was inedible!!! Glen Rose Mr Jim’s was so good…this place is a terrible and EXPENSIVE disappointment!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Well I had a little girl about the age of idk 11 take my order while the older man in the back would rather play in a fish tank than to acknowledge there was a customer standing behind him. Another little girl behind the counter being super loud playing on a phone to where I couldnt hear the one trying to take my order. I also stood there waiting for a while to pay for the food so all I had to do was get it and leave. After the order was taken i tried paying and nobody cared to ask why I was standing there instead of returning to my vehicle.

Not only is their pizza the best but their customer service is even better !! Always super nice and very fast! We just ordered delivery because my boyfriend is having back problems and I just had a bad day all around and they gave us a free cookie cake and it absolutely made our day!!
