I was a fan until today. I’m not sure if they have new people or what. It was good enough to make a t**d tomorrow. $68 for 4 medium, cold pizzas, lacking in toppings. There are too many pizza joints with too many great deals to settle for expensive junk. Get it together, Mr. Jims.

I really don’t post negative reviews but in this case I am not a happy customer instead of going to my original spot ( jets ) I decided to stop into Mr.Jim’s pizza in Mansfield and asked about the coupon specials only to find out you only get that price when ordering online and that was the preferred way to order there pizza I then explained I didn’t know that rule and operating procedure I also ordered the one ☝ and only special they had in the spot 13.99 plus a dollar extra if you wanted a special pizza I ordered the sticky fingers so a extra dollar I paid but my kids only eat Bacon so I ordered a lg bacon only to find out it was the same price but instead of the lady stating that and offering me the special I ended up paying the same price so I asked if I could still get the 2 liter that was part of the special and she said she couldn’t change my order and it had been placed and paid for so I just excepted there rules but I will not be returning but I did get great customer service in the end when I was leaving from Elizabeth!

Ben here a plethora of times and the pizza is always Luke warm. We always ask for extra sauce and it’s always the exact opposite… we only come here because the price is good and they have a quick drive thru service… when another option is available I won’t be coming here anymore this specific location gives Mr Jims. If I can rate 0 I would! BEWARE! If you order from this location make sure your order is RIGHT. Because we ordered and it was wrong and instead of the store manager fixing it we were put on NO service NO delivery list! Just like that! Worse customer service ever! Im not even mad there are plenty of better pizza places around! Just speaking from a buiseness point of view you should take a better care of your customers instead of just placing them on no service list and then being rude about it! The audacity though lol!

I’ve tried giving them a few chances and each time there’s something. We’ve had undercooked pizza incorrect toppings etc. . Last night We ordered delivery at 4:40pm message stated it will be delivered 35-45 mins great! We wait it’s been an hour we called the store twice they kept saying it would be leaving “soonish” we finally cancel the order after an hour and a half and our pizza still hasn’t left the store. We go somewhere else for dinner then I receive door dash notifications at this point 2 hours later after I placed the order they still sent the pizza it go to our door at 6:55pm

We’ve given this place at least a few shots and have been disappointed every time. The dough tastes like bread instead of a pizza crust, there was hardly any sauce, the crust was doughy and undercooked, and the meats were burnt/charred. Not a good taste or overall experience. The cost was normal but not worth the results.
