Went to Mr. Jim’s Pizza for the first time today for lunch. I got a hand stretched pepperoni and mushroom pizza with garlic butter crust. This was one of the most delicious pizzas I’ve found in the area. I will definitely be returning! Thank you.

Simply more than expected and delicious..good that I tried…much better than Papa Jones and pizza hut. I ordered and then about to close the call and she said it would take 45min. I asked her to cancel and then she said call us back if you change your mind as 45min is general statement. She was right, I called back to reorder and they were quick and delivered piping hot pizza in 20min.

This location in Roanoke is the best Mr. Jim’s! They are always so fast with their delivery, the customer service is impeccable! From the people who answer the phone to the delivery drivers, I’m always very pleased with how well they treat their customers! And to top it off, the pizza’s and cookie dessert are delicious! Corporate needs to give kudos to the people at this location, because they are truly amazing!

I first ordered from here a couple years ago and was surprised at how good the food was and the service. It seems like they make the food as if each Pizza was the most important one. The deliveries are quick and sometime sooner than they tell you and if they’re going to be a few minutes late I have even been called . There is a couple employees who have been there a long time and one of them if he takes my order and delivers it, it’s like when you have a friend at a service shop for your car and you know you can always trust them with the price and service and that they will take care of you. Well that’s how he is I think his name is Bob. Mr Jims has been my favorite pizza for a long time.

I’ve been eating Mr. Jim’s pizza since I was a kid. I’ve tried my share of pizzas from frozen to restaurant. A few of the others I’ve tried have made me sick. Mr. Jim’s truly does seem to use better ingredients and it is by far my favorite pizza. The employees are so kind. Thank you Mr Jim’s Pizza Roanoke. God bless your restaurant and staff.
