Very mixed experience. Went in to pickup three pizzas, had ordered ahead. Greeted the hostess and gave her the name, she notified me it would be a few minutes. “No problem,” I said, “could I have a water while I wait? It’s 90 degrees outside.” She rolled her eyes and said “someone else will bring your food” and dipped off to the back. The second girl that came out a couple minutes later was super nice though and gave me the food.

It’s all about location, location, location. Pizza was always very good, unfortunately this visit, not so much, and the service was very poor. Our waitress was impossible to find. Saw the bus boys way more often.

We ordered a cheese pizza for takeout. The pizza was hot and ready at the exact time that it was supposed to be ready at. By the time we took it home (20 minute ride), the pizza was still pretty warm.

The toppings on the Mrs. T’s Special were fine. The thin crust was soggy and the toppings didn’t hold to the crust. I would’ve placed an online order but I didn’t want to pay their credit card fee. I called in the order and the person said I wouldn’t get charged for the CC fee but was indeed charged. I don’t buy gas or any other product if the vendor charges extra for credit card.

I just had my first Mrs T’s pizza. Sausage, Mushroom, Onion, Extra Cheese, snd Bacon. WOW. Crust was perfect, sauce was tangy with a little sweet (not much) and cooked to perfection-like not burnt or undercooked – soggy. I have a new friend for pizza.

As a POC I felt very out of place. Looks from customers and from staff. We were the only ones that didn’t get service right away. Took 15 minutes to just get a hello and water, while all the other tables were attended and greeted very fast. Did not feel comfortable and hope it’s not what I think. Pizza was fine.

I really wanted to like this place…pickup trip started with promise. Full parking lot and restaurant. Pizza was dropped by the staff, which okay, things happen. Then I was given the wrong pizza. Thankfully I checked before I left. Pizza had very little sauce to top my experience off. Disappointed and underwhelmed

Ordered pickup Pan pizza from their new location closer to our home in Westmont. Normally it is at perfection but this time the pizza was overly burned to a crisp and the cheese topping was burnt and chewy. Hopefully it was growing pains and they return to the quality control that the Downers location once had.

I’ve had better frozen pizza. The pizza looked like a cheap frozen pizza from Aldi. The toppings were very little, the thin crust was thicker than the toppings. I’ll never go back there again.
