It was my first time. Just wanted to have an adventure to discover a new place as I am in town on a project. Turns out there was no regrets. Friendly environment and excellent service for a good price!

Mrs. Julia’s cooking is soul food at its best. If you ever see a casserole on the buffet, even if you can’t tell what’s in it, just got for it and you won’t be disappointed. She is a sweetheart who can make some amazing food!

Super bad service. Had to ask for menus. After we ordered we seen that there was a buffet (was not told there was a buffet or we would have gotten that). No refill was asked or given on my sweet tea or my sons water. Nobody even asked us if we needed anything or how everything was. In fact other than them taking our oder, nobody said anything until they rang up the bill. Then was only given a price for the total. My egg sandwich was dry (was not asked or given any condiment, we had to grab ketchup off another table). They didn’t even ask me how I wanted my eggs. I tried several times to get somebody’s attention to no avail. Won’t go back. I only left $2 tip for our $10.78 breakfast though I usually would have left $8-$10 as we are working people and know what it takes to put food on the table. I really didn’t want to leave the $2 tip because it was not earned in my opinion but my son was present with me and I didn’t want to show him that side of me. If you own or work here, please be kind to strangers as they help pay your bills. We hunt up there every year and would have loved to have found a great place to go when we are up there but trust me, that bridge is burnt. Maybe you can fix what’s wrong and hang in there but I truly don’t think with what’s all going on in todays world that you can pull this one off treating people like they are beneath you. Good luck. I’m hopeful that the good Lord will keep your business open and that this was just a one time event though I am real confused if it was really a one time event as to why we were treated so poorly as we are good down to earth people who think that giving a smile cost’s absolutely nothing and should be given out for free. My advise to this place, smile and be friendly to all that come through your door. A little mayo and a few smiles would have changed this review a lot.

Wonderful lunch buffet, extremely nice service, and the food is amazing. I plan to go and try out their breakfast next time. If you like good home cooking cornbread or biscuit with your meal and a nice dessert that goes along that’s the place to go.
