I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mount Fuji Hibachi, and I must say, it was an incredibly memorable experience. From start to finish, the entire evening was filled with delightful moments that I won’t soon forget.

Food and show was great, wait staff was super attentive and kind. Kevin did a great job and made me laugh lots. I got the hibachi steak and one mixed drink. My bill was $54. That’s why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I understand inflation, but I feel that that was a little steep for the amount of food I had and one drink. Not sure if I will be back.

My wife and I arrived at the restaurant at 2:20 p.m. I made sure that we would still be in the lunch time frame when I called, and I was told they served lunch until 3:00. A person haphazardly seated us at the hibachi grill when asked if we wanted hibachi. Evidently, if you want hibachi, you can get it at a regular table and pay for a lunch portion, but of course the person seating us did not explain this. We were set at the hibachi grill and forgotten. When my wife went to go find someone, the guy took our order, telling us he was not aware that we were even there, and brought us the wrong soft drinks. Finally, at 3:05 we still had not had anyone come to the grill, we’re the only people there, so we asked for the bill to pay for our soft drinks and soups, salad, and the guy tells us that he’ll have the person there to service our table, so we waited. Ultimately, we get ready to pay, and we were charged for dinner time portion, stating that because we sat at the hibachi grill, we have to pay the dinner price (?!?). In the meantime, a worker was sleeping on a bench, and just woke up out of nowhere and left the area, which was strange. The whole time, we were just overlooked. When I tried to explain the situation to the server, he refused to change the food charge, so we spent $73 for lackluster food and a really dingy depressing setting. I would never go back there again! The food was not flavored very well either, I always love yum yum sauce, but not there. And why would someone want to pay more to sit at the hibachi grill, I would way rather NOT have to watch the process, I just want the food. The sushi my wife got was very basic, had very little flavor.

The worst hibachi I have ever gone too. Soon as we get there we’re greeted by the most unpleasant hostess I’ve ever encountered, barking orders at us like we were in a boot camp chow hall. The place reeked of Marijuana, took until the food came out to get the drinks we ordered when we sat down. The hibachi chef was lackluster and painstakingly underwhelming. I took my friends here for their first hibachi experience after my first choice had too long of a wait. Big mistake. Had to apologize to them after and tell them that this was the first hibachi I had gone to that was this terrible. I was so embarrassed. Save your money and go somewhere enjoyable.

Whenever I get into town on business I stop here FIRST!!! Mike Usually waits on us and he is soooooooo nice. THE FOOD is so yummy and he knows what I want even if I have not been in in six months. It’s just like relaxing, they don’t rush you.. and while I wait for my Hibachi I have some sushi.

The chef added a large amount of soy sauce to the white rice and used pretty much the same sweet, thick sauce for every meat and veggies for flavor.

I took my son for his 16th Bday for the Hibachi along with friends and cousins, and we had a great time. The only thing I must say is that when I go next time, I’m going to suggest they serve us the Veggies along with the rice and not towards the end when we were stuffed.

I was there my first and last time and let me tell you I had quite the experience. the hostes was fine. our waiter not so much, he’s name is Mike , Mike was in a rush trying to make us order quickly, he even stood by our table a few times. the food was okay. You can get similar quality at the mall food court. It’s definitely not worth the high price we paid. Over 45 dollars per plate , we were in and out in less than an hour. overall, this place is an overpriced express food. oh one more thing, Mike was so eager to get the tip he kept asking if it was ready , as I was ready to leave he came running to ask if he could get the check, (check was already paid with a card ) he almost ran into me trying to get it. I guess he wanted that tip so bad, lol.

Everyone in my party only had hibachi. I also had salmon sashimi. I had food poisoning for 4 days. With that said, hibachi chef was great and really entertained my nephew at his first hibachi experience. No one had any issues with the hibachi cooked food.
