Our family favorite hibachi and sushi restaurant. My daughter’s favorite restaurant! We’ve had three birthday dinners here in a row!

Eat here all of the time. I got a take out order tonight. Ordered a side of “hibachi teriyaki chicken” and side of fried rice. When I get in to pick up my food they’ve fixed me the big order of the “hibachi chicken” for a total of $31. I politely told her this is not what I ordered. She rudely told me that I don’t need to say “hibachi”. Never apologizing for the miscommunication, just continued to tell me I said the wrong thing when I called. I was only on the call when placing the order for 16 seconds per my call log.. so that should show how impersonal she was. She could’ve easily clarified what I was ordering. Thankfully there’s a new hibachi restaurant that just opened closer to home.. if it’s as good as I hear, I won’t be back here! No sense in this type of customer service! Especially when you’re paying $17 for a two item meal of take out.

Always a favorite place to go when you have a special event. Must say since COVID they have shortened the show when cooking the food. Other than that the food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and interactive with the guests. Family fun for all ages.

Great place for a dinner and small celebration, serví was great, food delicious, price really fair . The appetizer soup (miso soup) was great I can have a bucket full of that , the plum wine was so so good perfect combination in between sweet and strong. It was our first time and we are definitely coming back

My family and I eat at this restaurant at least once a week if not more. The food is always amazing. The 2 stars is for how they will make you wait 40 minutes so they can pack a table full. They have no regard for your time and will do what ever it takes to make a dollar. Good food but terrible way of seating guests.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mt. Fuji. Great Hibachi cooking and entertainment. Our chef was hilarious and great with engaging everyone at the table. My meal was definitely up to my standards and expectations. I’ve ate at a lot of hibachi restaurants back in California and in Alabama, and Mt. Fuji has become one of my top 3 favorite ones.

When my “go-to” hibachi place closed down, I gave this one a shot…I’m glad I did. While the “yum yum” sauce isn’t quite as good, the service was beyond what I could have hope for. If in the mood for hibachi, give them a try.

I love eating at hibachi places so overall this was a nice, enjoyable time with good food and friends. What held me back from giving this a 5 on everything was the steak was pretty bland and mine was overcooked. The chef cooked my “medium rare” meat longer than my friend’s “medium well” steak. Also, I didn’t get many vegetables at all and neither did one other person at our table so I feel like the portions need to be adjusted. It would not be my first choice for hibachi, but the staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean.
