One waitress. 12 tables. Busy! Terrible service. She tried. If the owners can’t find more help then they need to be here. Nobody here to help the poor girl. My fajitas were burnt. Chips were made in worn out oil. Salsa was no good. People walked out because they weren’t serviced in time. All around bad!

Very good food. Funny ,engaging host. Truly deserving of 5 stars. Had the lunch special flautas and friend had the mushroom quesadillas. My meal was excellent and I had a bit of the quesadillas and that was great too. Looking for Mexican in the Hibbing area this is your place to go.

We frequent Mucho Si because we have never had a meal we didn’t like. Just the past weekend we ordered the fajita bar for a family gathering. We picked up the food in the warmers supplied. We also ordered queso (cheese) to mix with our refried beans to have with chips. Yummy. Everything was included in the price and working with JoDee one of the owners was great. A big shout out for Jeremy. He’s usually our waiter and he helped load and unload my vehicle with the food. Don’t hesitate to order instead of cooking. We had 12 people and you pay per person. It was more affordable than we expected.
