Tried their ribs today after seeing the recommendations online. The ribs are meaty, fall off the bone Delicious. Comes with choice of potato side, side salad or soup and a roll. Also they are open late night for delivery. Also loved their Italian beef sandwich and pizza.

Oh, this place is fantastic. Quick, individualized service. Great food. I’ve never been disappointed in anything I ordered. I wish their delivery service was quicker. It’s usually on the cold side when it gets delivered. That’s why I prefer to pick it up.

We enjoy the monster pizza here. Lots of cheese and your choice of 5 toppings. They are always generous on the toppings, too. The price is fair. A little inconsistent in flavor for some reason when we get fresh garlic. We also love the kids pasta for our little one

On a Thursday evening, we called 45 minutes ahead to order two Mug’s Monster Pizzas (one with meats and garlic and another with pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, and spinach) called again to confirm that it would be ready by 5:40pm. When we arrived at 5:45pm, they had not even put the pizza in oven and told us it would be another 15-20 minutes. After walking around the shopping center, we checked back into Mugs and told us it would be another 4-7 minutes. Our pizza was finally ready at 6:10pm. We had to rush to get home and eat quickly so our other plans wouldn’t be affected. I felt like the pizza could have been cooked longer and it tasted better as the next day leftovers.

Miss Rose, not sure her last name because she doesn’t give out that information.. Would not deliver to my address for some reason it’s too far so she says. I have ordered here before and had delivered to the same address no problem but when it comes to miss rose I can’t order. She needs to get fired. Very disrespectful. Don’t work for customer service if you’re going to be rude and hangup while I’m still speaking to you.

Food was not as expected. My Philly was a slab of fatty cheep stake with undercooked onion and the BBQ chicken sandwich was medioaker at best. Let’s not forget our drinks we didn’t get. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst of enemies.

I placed an online order that was not correct when I received it. I called to get it corrected, the manager would not correct the pizza, would not give a full or partial refund and refused to speak with me on the phone. I attempted to call back to speak with the manager, Tom and my calls were screened, leaving me on hold each time for extended periods. Horrible customer service, I’ll never order from them again and I was a regular customer.
