Little hole in the wall place. I found this place after looking for something to eat late at night. Most restaurants in the area close at 9pm so it was nice to find this place still open. What a find! I had the BBQ Ribs and they were fantastic. Nicely cooked and very tasty. Place is a very small take out place but customer service is great and very friendly. This was a great find and will definitely come back again to try the pizza next time.

I placed an order for delivery and after waiting 40 minutes past the delivery time I called in to see what was happening. The driver apparently knocked on the wrong door because he said that we rejected the pizza. I’ve been right by my front door watching tv. I never got a knock. The guy who picked up was not providing any type of solution either. Anyway they refused to give us a refund. My son and I ordered from mugs regularly for years but I will not be ordering from them again.

Website says open til 3am, Google says open until 1am. So, I placed a pick up order via website at around 11pm. Headed to the restaurant only to find they were closed. Chow down finally called to tell me they canceled the order because no one would answer and they haven’t been informed that they closed early. Hopefully I get a full refund.

It’s a basic greasy spoon place don’t expect greatness. Foods mediocre at best. Never had a meal here that I was excited to get it always is kind of underwhelming. Don’t order delivery, always arrives cold or the order is incorrect or missing items.

So far so great. I work nights and I was first drawn to Mugs by the 3AM closing time. I honestly didn’t have hug expectations for the food. I was nicely surprised with the quality, flavor and perfectly prepared Philly Cheese Steak sandwich I had. The fast and friendly service never fails and me either.
