Best”Hillbilly”Philly sandwich I’ve got in the Florence area. On the same great bun as the hamburgers are on there was ample serving of meat and the taste left me longing for my next opportunity to try out one of their huge hamburgers.

The service was awesome and the atmosphere was fun! The cheese wedges were fantastic, so were the mushrooms, and the egg rolls. We sat at the bar and it was a fun experience. For our meal we split the garlic Parmesan bacon burger and it was absolutely delicious! Would recommend 5/5! Here’s a copy of the menu.

Our server was so nice and attentive especially with our son. The food was absolutely amazing. Burgers were spot on, fries were perfectly seasoned and crisp, chicken tenders were great.. everything was delicious. Service was above and beyond. We visited from Memphis and you cannot find customer service like we had at Mugshots ANYWHERE in Memphis. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

We sat over near the bar. Also ended up being served by the bartender who was 5 ! She was amazing. The food was good. The bartender took her time to go through beer suggestions along with a few samples to find a beer on tap I liked.

The atmosphere was nice and inviting. The server was decent and I say decent because I think she was new. Getting me out of there was a struggle for her but I don’t hold that against her or the place. The food was very good, came out fast and the prices were unbelievable! As everyone else has raised their prices, they most certainly have not. From the looks of the establishment at first glance you’d think high prices. I would highly recommend to anyone and every time I’m in Florence I plan on stopping by!

I am very happy to see a good, booming business in Florence. We do have a lot of restaurants in our area, that makes for some good friendly competition. Food was amazing, service was top notch and I will definitely be back. Want to snag a cute tshirt next time. With so many burgers to choose from, it’s hard to know what to get. I ended up getting a new burger. The Parmesan Garlic Burger with 1/2 fries and 1/2 onion rings. Must go again soon!!

We love Mugshots and usually sit in the Bar area. We love to sit and enjoy a Braves game on the giant screens. The burgers are our favorite and the service was great even tho they were very busy. Highly recommend the Cliffs Comeback Burger! And don’t skimp get fries and onion rings!

If you’re in Florence and want a burger and fries, this is a can’t miss stop. A creative selection of tasty burgers, and some of the best fries I’ve had in a while. The staff was friendly and responsive both times I ate there, orders were filled accurately and quickly considering I’m pretty sure they aren’t using frozen burger patties- these burgers are chunky. At the end of the day, it’s a place that probably has a game you’ll watch on the tv, and a solid, tasty burger you’ll enjoy if that’s what you’re hankering for.

My wife and I enjoyed the food very much. What we weren’t happy with was when we ordered our meals our waitress told us that we didn’t have to have the french fries and could replace them with sweet potato fries or onion rings, w/o saying they would cost extra. The servers need to be trained to explain additional charges.
