My husband and I frequent this location, every single time the food is just as we ordered. The burgers are huge, great portions! Service is always great, even with a larger group from our church, we got served fairly quickly! With prices going up across other restaurants, or getting smaller portions at other restaurants, Mugshots has not changed! Very affordable, delicious, can’t recommend it more!

I came here with my parents while I was visiting them and this place was soo good!! I don’t have a Mugshots at home but now I wish I did!! Best burger I have ever eaten! It was so juicy and literally just perfect. Plus the comeback sauce was amazing. I highly recommend trying them out!

We ordered pick up on 7/8/23 and it was done on time at 8:12 pm. That’s all i can say that is positive. Both the chicken sandwich and the burger were cold, tough and no taste. Fries and fried pickles were extremely greasy. Ticket #215 server default S. We ordered online and picked it up. Disappointed at best.

My wife had a garlic parm burger wrapped in lettuce and the sauce was fantastic! I ordered a southern burger (fried pickles, home made pimento cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes) and it was just as good. Their burgers are charred (not burnt) and taste amazing! Hands down, this is probably the best burger place I’ve eaten at in Florida!

Unbelievable?! Asked for a burger with no mayo. Understandably mistakes happen. I sent it back to be replaced. They wiped off the mayo and brought me the same burger within 2 minutes. Residue on the burger! Saying it was ordered by someone else. Ridiculous and very disappointing
