If you sit near the bar you may hear some loud foul language. We had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy. Oh My! So good. We also had the coconut shrimp, they were good too. The waitress was super nice and checked don us just the right amount of times.

To be fair it is a bar so you do have to adjust your expectations for bar atmosphere but the food was really good and the star of the show was the meatloaf and mashed potatoes, wow I really have not had that good of meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Also the staff was very nice and provided great service.

Most places are closed (tomorrow’s July 4th) and we’re driving from Spokane up to Calgary. Luckily we found Mugsy, just a heads up it takes a while to cook good food (probably 30-40min) but it was delicious, well worth the wait!

The beef short ribs were very delicious. We also got a beef brisket sandwich, which was a big disappointment. It was more like store bought sandwich meat. Customer service was very friendly.

Okay diner type place. It was really smokey with cooked food in the restaurant which was odd. They seemed to be slammed and understaffed. They were the only place open in town for dinner on July 3rd. Friendly staff. They did decent. Not my favorite food, but ok if you’re starving.
